Payment Plan Agreement

By enrolling in this payment plan, you are committing to pay the full amount of the course across three installments, regardless of whether you complete the class. Please note that payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be returned. This agreement is binding upon registration and secures your spot in the program.

Refund Policy:

Fees are not refundable, and cannot be transferred to another individual or applied to a different class or product. Unless otherwise specified, all in person, virtual and on demand classes are intended for the sole participation of the registered student. Each participant must be a registered student.

Late Policy:

Class begins on time. There is a 5 minute window. If you arrive later than 5 minutes after class starts you will be allowed in at the discretion of the teacher.

Class Cancellations:

Individual classes may be canceled or rescheduled as required based on the needs of the Rose Academy and individual instructors. Best efforts will be made to ensure that rescheduled classes accommodate the majority of students.

If an in person or virtual class or workshop is canceled due to weather or the absence of an instructor, fees will be refunded to the account or card from which they originated. Refunds will not be issued by cash, check, or any other form.

Intellectual Property:

Recordings and class materials may not be saved, distributed, broadcast, or shared except by or with the explicit permission of The Rose Academy of Burlesque.
