ICE activity in our neighborhood is not only brutalizing our immigrant and BIPOC community — it is also deeply impacting small businesses along Lyn-Lake. We love this neighborhood! The businesses here are a part of a vibrant community, who immediately sprung into action to support our Immigrant Neighbors.

This fundraiser is one way we want to show up locally: supporting our neighbors while raising funds for the Joyce Uptown Food Shelf, which continues to meet urgent community needs.

A winner (5 total) will be chosen for each prize offered and announced on February 2nd!

Clear Us Out!

Find a list of all sale items at The Rose Academy. All in person cash and venmo sales will be donated to Joyce Uptown Food Shelf.

In addition to fundraising, we’re creating intentional space for connection. The Rose Academy will be hosting casual community meet-ups for Rose Academy folks to hang out, mingle, and support our neighboring businesses. Our hope is to provide a meet up option once a month.

Our first meet-up will be at:
Volstead’s Emporium
Thursday, February 5th
5:30–8:00 PM

You can find Volsteads in the basement of the same building as The Rose Academy!

No agenda, no pressure — just a chance to gather, share space, and show love to our Lyn-Lake community.
