You've debuted your act and now you're ready to make it even better... what's next? Peer Review!
This 1.5 hour monthly drop in class gives you the time, space, and feedback you need to take your act to the next level.
Whether you're a new soloist looking to elevate your act even further, an established burlesque artist looking for a new perspective on an act or somewhere in between, this class will help you identify what's working and where you can improve. Areas of focus during the class may include costuming, musicality, stage presence, act continuity, persona/ characterization, and the moves themselves (along with any other specific feedback you're looking for).
This drop in class allows you to run your act, receive oral and written feedback from both the instructor and your peers, and gives you a chance to hone your own peer review skills.

The Rose Academy of Burlesque is committed to making our classes more accessible for individuals who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. If cost is a barrier, we offer community funded spots for students who identify as BIPOC to attend at no cost or at a reduced rate. This session will include two community funded spots that are 50% discounted and two that are 100% discounted. The spots are first come first serve.
