Welcome to Bawdy Moves! Learn classic & accessible burlesque moves through progressive choreography.

This class is for all levels. It does not get down on the floor.

Each week will include a warm-up, progressive choreography and a cool down.

Each class has a limit of 10 students

Build your sensual presence with Plum Ridiculous

 

Whether performing on stage, for a partner, or dancing for yourself, this class will help you become grounded, and find your way to sensual movement and mindset. This class focuses on being present, mindfulness on and off stage and embodying your emotions. This class has lower impact movement and choreography, and is accessible to those who need more mobility support. All classes have a seated option available.

Calling All Showgirls & Femme Fatales!

 

Learn the art of the tease through a feminine view. In this class explore what it means to present femme on stage, through classic burlesque movements. This class will focus on progressive showgirl choreography and dancing in heels.

Perfect for students of all levels! Folks of all gender expressions are welcome to take this class. Please note that it will be styled after femme showgirls.

Meditation can be hard, let us guide you through it!

 

This is an hour long guided meditation focused on breath work and full body muscle relaxation. Gentle reminders and easy suggestions will help to keep you calm and present in your body. The vibes are chill, the music is soothing, and the goal is simple—be a little kinder to our brain! This drop in class is open to all bodies and abilities.
