How do YOU work the floor? And get back up when you’re done? In this course, I will support you to partner your body, re-framing “roadblocks” to sensual movement in and out of the floor as the building blocks of your personal style. This course is designed to leave tons of space for individual attention and to help you build the framework you need to make sensual floor movement werk for you. Beginners welcome! Heels optional, kneepads and a shirt that covers your shoulders recommended.
