RipTyde, known adoringly as “Your Douchebag Dreamboat” is a fresh face to the drag scene who’s making waves.

RipTyde, though only 1 year on the drag scene, is not new to performance. In the previous 5 years, the performer behind RipTyde was/is known as Dotty Staccato, The Sternest Woman in Burlesque. Over the course of 6+ years in and around the scene, Dotty worked diligently to support the art of burlesque. As a producer and performer, Dotty was known, but she grew tired of feeling limited in what she could bring to the stage. 

As Dotty spent more and more time observing drag shows, she saw opportunity for a broader expression of character and range. In November of 2018, RipTyde was introduced to the scene, and winning his first drag competitions, RipTyde was quickly becoming known as a force of nature.

Noted for performing as “different kinds of men” RipTyde’s most notable features in his performances are in his execution of shape to portray a broad array of masculine presentations. As an educator, it is Rip’s goal to provide insights and resources for his students to be able to identify traditionally masculine lines so they can make educated choices on how each of them chooses to express their own shades of masculinity.

Burlesque Private Coaching Rates
In-person and online coaching is booked at the rate of $100 per hour, or $60 per half hour.

*If you desire choreography created for you, it is booked at the rate of $150 per hour.
