Take your burlesque acts to new heights with Intro to Acro Chair! This class starts with a conditioning warm-up, flows into foundational acro chair moves, and finishes with a short choreography to put your skills on display. Build strength, confidence, and stage presence while adding a playful, acrobatic twist to your performances!

This is a beginner-level class, but students should be able to hold a plank position to participate safely.
